Drink water all day💦💧

Yesterday I was arguing with a friend about how important is to drink at least 2 liters of water daily. My friend said that we almost never drinks water and she prefered juices or coffee. I love coffee too, but, it’s a fact that coffee dehydrates our body, and we have to drink a glass with water among the cup of coffee to keep constant the level of water from  our body. 💙 😇

I was trying to explain her that the water we are drinking has multiple benefits for our body, skin, health and it’s purifying all the toxins that are included in the unhealthy food that we are eating daily.🌙⭐️

Today I was searching on the internet about all this benefits because I have a personal goal to convince her to drink more water. So look what I found:

* (hope my friend will read too)*🙈🙈

Here are six reasons to make sure you’re drinking enough water or other fluids every day:

1. Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water.🐠

2. Water Can Help Control Calories. For years, dieters have been drinking lots of water as a weight loss strategy. While water doesn’t have any magical effect on weight loss, substituting it for higher calorie beverages can certainly help.🐟

3. Water Helps Energize Muscles. Cells that don’t maintain their balance of fluids which can result in muscle fatigue.🐬

4. Water Helps Keep Skin Looking Good. Your skin contains plenty of water, and functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss.🐳

5. Water Helps Your Kidneys. Body fluids transport waste products in and out of cells. The main toxin in the body is blood urea nitrogen, a water-soluble waste that is able to pass through the kidneys to be excreted in the urine.💦

6. Water Helps Maintain Normal Bowel Function. Adequate hydration keeps things flowing along your gastrointestinal tract.💧
